Dolly Parton's 'Rockstar' coming to theaters near you in worldwide first-listen event
Tennessee icon Dolly Parton has announced she will be bringing her upcoming album "Rockstar" to movie theaters and cinemas worldwide on Nov. 15. The album, which releases on Nov. 17, will first be available for fans to listen to in theaters at the event.
In a video post on Instagram Wednesday, Parton announced the event to her fans, calling the celebration a "Global First Listen Event" that will be the world premiere for select tracks from "Rockstar." The special will also be shown for select encores on Nov. 16.
The announcement video showed Parton hitting the stage at different times in her iconic career, performing and recording with an enthusiastic smile on her face.
At the "Rockstar" event, theaters will also be showing never before seen footage of Parton giving exclusive performances and interviews. The video also called "Rockstar" the most-anticipated album of Parton's career.
