Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle make their red carpet debut as a couple
Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle have made it red carpet-official.
The first son and former Fox News host have been romantically linked since May, roughly two months after his wife, Vanessa Trump, filed for divorce.
With Guilfoyle now employed at a pro-Trump PAC and the dad of five close to finalizing his divorce, Wednesday night must have seemed like the perfect moment to make their red carpet debut as a couple. And why wait for the Oscars when the far-right film of the year — Dinesh D’Souza’s Death of a Nation — is having its Washington, D.C., premiere and your dad personally pardoned the director?
The couple joined a veritable who’s who of conservatives in attendance, including Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson and Guilfoyle’s new America First Action colleague, former Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr.
While Trump Jr. suited up for the screening, his new girlfriend turned heads in a white, peplum-style dress with a plunging neckline and lacy netting across the bodice. She also appeared to be carrying an Alexander McQueen clutch with a crystal-studded skull clasp — a nod to the movie’s morbid title, perhaps?
The date night comes after Guilfoyle shared a photo of her “making America great again” with the president’s son.
Kathy Griffin delivered a foul-mouthed response to the Instagram pic, while Chrissy Teigen mocked the couple’s facial expressions.
What can we say? Love truly is a (political) battlefield.
