T.I. says he's done with Kanye West after Trump meeting: 'We just saw Mr. West's Soul on auction'
Kanye West’s bizarre meeting with President Trump on Thursday at the White House put an official end to his friendship with fellow rapper and political activist T.I.
T.I. and West deliberated over the latter’s support for Trump in their track “Ye vs. the People,” a sort of musical debate released in April. But T.I. is no longer up for debating. He wrote in a lengthy social media post that he’s “officially done” with West.
“This is the most repulsive, disgraceful, Embarrassing act of desperation & auctioning off of one’s soul to gain power I’ve ever seen,” T.I. wrote in part.

He said he had been extremely patient on the subject, and that West had even asked him to come along on his visit to POTUS.
T.I. noted that he was glad that he declined. He said West “behaved spinelessly,” “ass kissing” and “boot licking on a whole new level.”
“At one time it was a pleasure to work alongside you… now, I’m ashamed to have ever been associated with you,” T.I. continued.
The “Whatever You Like” rapper urged people who follow West to see his performance as a way of propelling himself into the presidency. West has said on multiple occasions that he plans to run for the office one day.
“Don’t follow this puppet. Because as long as I’ve lived I’ve learned that it benefits a man nothing at all to gain the world, if to do so he must lose his soul,” T.I. said. “We just saw Mr.West’s Soul on auction. If you listen closely you can hear the tears of our ancestors hit the floor. All I can say is… I’ve reached my limits. This is my stop,I’m officially DONE!!!! Trump & His Lil Cookie Boy.”
T.I. isn’t the only celebrity bashing West for his behavior during the White House meeting.
50 Cent mocked West immediately after the meeting, in which West said his “Make America Great Again” hat, worn by many Trump supporters, makes him feel “like Superman.”

Axl Rose, the frontman for Guns N’ Roses, referred to West’s visit as a “joke.”
What a joke. Not gonna solve anything in Chicago or anywhere else with any of that attention seeking nonsense.

The Trump meeting came on the heels of West’s much-talked about performance on Saturday Night Live on Sept. 29, when he went on a rant about his love for the president at the end of the show.
