Dove Cameron Styled the Bubble Skirt Trend With Just a Bra, and It Totally Works

Dove Cameron is on board with bubble skirts. The late-2000s and early 2010s trend has returned, with stars like Ayo Edebiri bringing back the bubble on the red carpet, and Cameron put her twist on the look in her most recent Instagram photo dump, matching a bubble-style skirt to a cream satin and lace bra.

The outfit is the very first in Cameron's carousel; she kicks off with both a photo and video selfie in a mirror, wearing a pretty ivory satin bra with ivory lace detail at the cups and what definitely looks to be a bubble-style skirt on the bottom in the same ivory color. Her hair is pulled back in a low ponytail with light green clips on either side and her hand tattoos are on full display, as is her barely there nail color. We can't tell if the skirt is part of a lingerie set or just a lucky match to her bra, but either way, it's very sweet, very coquette, very shall-we-say demure.

The rest of the photos are from Cameron's travels this summer, including a trip to Japan. In one selfie, we get some serious cat eye and red lipstick inspo from the star, who wears a gorgeous cherry red lip color we need details on ASAP. In the final pic, Cameron and her boyfriend Damiano David relax on the beach, with the musician and actor wearing a black string bikini with mesh detail on the cups. She's got candy!
