Dream Kardashian has made her modeling debut at New York Fashion Week.

On September 7, the seven-year-old daughter of Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna walked the runway at the Zeus & Lexi Kids show for NYFW. She was dressed in a gray and black patchwork bomber jacket, blue flare jeans, and white sneakers as she showed off her best model strut down the catwalk.

Her mother Blac Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renée White, was seen cheering on her daughter in the front row.

Dream’s NYFW debut comes just one day after she launched her own Instagram account, which already has more than 667,000 followers. In Dream’s bio, it reads: “Account run by parents”.

Her first post was an Instagram Reel, which showed the granddaughter of Kris Jenner welcoming fans to her social media page. “Hi, my name is Dream and welcome to my new page," she said in the clip, as she posed in front of a tall window with a black hoodie and braces on her teeth. Dream also posted a video from her NYFW appearance, showing the seven-year-old walking down the Zeus & Lexi Kids runway.

“NY Fashion week,” she captioned the show. “I had so much fun, until next time.”

Dream isn’t the only member of the Kardashian-Jenner family to embark on a career in modeling. North West, the eldest daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, made her catwalk debut at the age of five in 2018 in a LOL Surprise! fashion show in Los Angeles, California. Dream’s aunt, Kendall Jenner, made her runway debut in 2011 at the age of 15 during a Sherri Hill show for New York Fashion Week.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum and the model welcomed their daughter in 2016. The former couple began dating in January 2016 and announced their engagement in April that year.

Shortly afterwards, Rob and Blac Chyna began filming their reality show Rob & Chyna – a spinoff from Keeping Up with the Kardashians – but the series was suspended midway through filming for the second season due to their split.

In April 2022, Blac Chyna filed a defamation lawsuit against Rob and the Kardashian-Jenner family over claims that they conspired with executives at E! to pull the plug on Rob & Chyna. The rapper sued the family for $100m, which included more than $40m for damages in lost earnings and more than $60m in loss of future earning capacity damages.

Additional allegations in the complaint included assault and harassment charges against Rob, while Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner were accused of defamation.

A California jury later sided with the Kardashian clan and ruled that the famous family had not defamed Chyna and declined to award her any damages. Since then, the Kardashians have requested $390,000 from Blac Chyna to cover legal fees from the trial.
