CLEVELAND (WJW) — Those who live here already know that “Cleveland Rocks.” But it wasn’t until “The Drew Carey Show” hit TV in the 90s — with the Presidents of the United States-sung tune as one of its multiple theme songs — that the rest of the country really started to understand.

Running from 1995 to 2004, the hit show featured Cleveland-raised comedian Drew Carey and his small band of friends of enemies trying to navigate life and love. And now, for the first time, fans can find the show on a streaming service.
Called Plex, which can be downloaded through most app stores onto your streaming device, people can get reacquainted with all of the show’s 233 episodes. See how to watch the show for free (with ads, of course) right here.
Carey spoke with TV Insider earlier this summer, explaining he thinks the show has the power to reach a new generation of viewers, similar to “Friends.” However, he said the show wasn’t in syndication due to “music rights and stuff.”

“It’s pretty funny, and a lot of it’s kind of timeless,” Carey said of his beloved sitcom. “It was weird, [too]. [The cast and creators] were all Mad Magazine fans and stuff, so we weren’t afraid to go bananas.”
