Duane 'Dog' Chapman fuels Moon Angell romance rumors — and his daughter's not happy
Is Duane "Dog" Chapman moving on, seven months after the death of his wife, Beth Chapman? The Dog’s Most Wanted star fueled speculation he's seeing family friend, Moon Angell. Over the weekend, Dog, 66, shared a photo of the two of them writing, "Thank you MOON !!!!"
However, a source tells People there is nothing romantic going on.
"Moon has been a family friend to Beth and Dog for years," the insider claims. "Since Beth’s death, she has stepped in to help Dog in his time of need. There will never be another Beth."
Dog's 32-year-old daughter, Lyssa, is not convinced. On Monday, Lyssa claimed Angell moved her clothes into the family home, replacing Beth's items. Lyssa also alleged that Angell only met her family by dating her brother first.
If someone who met your family by dating your brother, tried to date your father after your step- mom died what would you do ? If you went to your mothers closet and saw she moved all her clothes and replaced them with her own, what would you do ? #ItsNotWhenOrWhyItsWho

Lyssa concluded by writing her dad is a "grown ass man," but that she won't go "down in history as a person who supported this."
My dad is a GROWN ASS MAN. His money. His dynasty. But you can guarantee that my name is not going down in history as a person who supported this.

This isn't the first time Lyssa has sparred with Angell. Last month, she called her a "disgusting woman" while responding to a report that Angell is dating Dog.
Let’s not forget how you came to know my family because you were with my BROTHER. NOW TRYING TO FET WITH MY DAD. BARFFFFFFF

When Angell defended herself in since-deleted tweets, Lyssa responded, "I know you don’t know this. But he’s my dad you dummy. Riding is coat tail. B**** please. Lol. You’re dumb. Keep talking s*** about his baby and see how far that gets you."
In an interview with People Now in October, Dog said he’s not ready to date.
"Not that I have, but you know, it’s not worth it," he shared. "I don’t want to tell the whole story about my mom, my dad and my life and all that stuff again to a new person. Not yet."
While he said he's open to love again, he will never remarry.
"What deal we said is I will never take 'Beth' off my chest, I have her name here. And I will never get married," he said. "And she said to me, 'We are human, OK?' And probably the same thing I’d say to her: 'I know you’re gonna have a boyfriend, I hope you have 10, but don’t go fricking marry one, and say those words. Don’t you dare do that.' I would say that, and she did say that to me."
Dog also said he's not ready to rush into physical intimacy. "Sex is a thing like almost in the past right now," he explained. "I’m not having it and I don’t care. It’s weird."
Beth passed away in June after a battle with cancer at age 51.
