Eddie Kingston is back, and he’s ready to fight.

Kingston had been absent from AEW for a number of weeks, as he was in Japan competing in NJPW’s G1 Climax 33 tournament. However, “The Mad King” made his return in a big way on the August 16 episode of AEW Dynamite.

On Wednesday, Orange Cassidy defended the AEW International Championship against Wheeler Yuta. The rest of Blackpool Combat Club attacked him after the bell. Both Best Friends and Lucha Brothers came out to make the save. Kingston then stormed out and helped fend off Blackpool Combat Club. The fan-favorite grabbed a microphone and challenged the group to face them in a Stadium Stampede match at AEW All In at Wembley Stadium on August 27.

AEW subsequently confirmed the match for the pay-per-view.
