EGOT-winner Jennifer Hudson will perform at Indianapolis-hosted NBA All-Star Game
Actress, singer and talk-show host Jennifer Hudson will perform at halftime of the 2024 NBA All-Star Game, to be held Feb. 18 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
The EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, Tony) winner was announced as part of an entertainment slate that includes Indianapolis native Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, Zedd, T-Pain, Keith Urban and Lil Wayne.
Hudson, who competed in the third season of "American Idol," won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for 2006's "Dreamgirls," Grammy for Best R&B Album in 2009 and Best Musical Theater Album in 2017, a Daytime Emmy Award in 2021 and sealed her EGOT status in 2022 as a producer of the Best Musical Tony winner "A Strange Loop," Playbill reported.

Babyface will sing the national anthem prior to the game, which begins at 8 p.m.
Zedd and T-Pain will perform Feb. 16 at Crossover, the NBA's fan event held at the Indiana Convention Center. Urban and Lil Wayne will headline Crossover on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
