Elizabeth Hurley has been soaking up the sun on a vacation to the Maldives, fresh off the promotional tour for her new thriller, Strictly Confidential written and directed by her son, Damian Hurley. And in a series of social media posts, the 58-year-old flaunted her preternaturally youthful figure, easily passing for a woman half her age.

"Another glorious day in paradise," Hurley wrote in her most recent Instagram post on Monday. "And hello old friend Leica camera—found in a dusty box in my study, unused for 20 years. So much better than a phone." In the pair of photos, the Austin Powers star modeled a salmon-colored bikini with a gold chain embellishment, paired with a loose, open button-down white shirt.

In another recent post from what appears to be a posh resort, Hurley wore a skimpy, leopard print bikini while enjoying breakfast in a private pool. "Breakfast—Maldives style," she captioned the short video.

Earlier this year, the British actress revealed how she stays in such incredible shape by sharing some some insight into her diet.

"My mantra is: Don’t eat too much, too fast, too often or too late," she shared in an Instagram post at the time. "Or, put another way, eat smaller meals, chew properly, ban snacking, and eat dinner earlier. This works for me. I don’t drink weird green juices or shakes and only take supplements if a blood test tells me I’m lacking something. I try to have vegetables or fruit equal half of every plate I eat—i.e. if I have a sandwich, I also eat an apple."

She continued, explaining that she eats "pretty much everything" but only indulges in junk food as an occasional treat.

"I count junk food as anything that contains any ingredient that I don’t have in my own kitchen, so that includes 'diet' and 'low-fat' everything, all ready meals, all bought sandwiches, cakes and biscuits, and all sodas," she said. "My best investment was a bread maker and I make a loaf a day. I also make cakes every weekend."

But other than that, Hurley admitted that she doesn't even follow a strict exercise regime. "My other advice is to move more. I don’t go to the gym or do any set exercise but I’m extremely active," she added.
