Balinska gained recognition as a lead in the Charlie’s Angels reboot alongside Kristen Stewart and Naomi Scott, and later headlined Netflix’s Resident Evil series. Her performance in Run Sweetheart Run premiered to acclaim at Sundance. Next up, Balinska will star in Voltage Pictures’ Marked Men (Rule + Shaw), which releases early 2025.

Mullins’ writing credits include some of the most high-profile award-winning series including The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (Amazon), The Continental: From the World of John Wick (Peacock), Star Trek: Discovery (Paramount+), Surface (Apple TV+), Warrior (Max), Outer Range (Amazon) and Invasion (Apple TV+).

“We are thrilled to collaborate with such exceptional talent,” said Nicolas Chartier, CEO of Voltage Pictures. He added, “Ella brings a unique blend of intensity and vulnerability to her roles, making her the perfect fit for this emotionally charged story. Glenise, with her remarkable storytelling expertise, has crafted a haunting vision that will captivate audiences worldwide. We couldn’t be more excited to bring their combined talents to the screen with Monsters.”

It’s not just a harrowing tale of survival but an exploration of the raw, instinctual drive to protect those you love at any cost. Its themes are universal — love, sacrifice, and the enduring hope that fuels us, even in the face of overwhelming darkness.”

Balinska is repped by UTA and Entertainment 360. Mullins is repped by Paradigm, Entertainment 360, and Hansen Jacobsen.
