Emily Blunt Plays Up Patterns in Satin Etro Ensemble on ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’
Emily Blunt made a bold entrance on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” on Wednesday. The actress stopped by to promote her new film, “The Fall Guy,” which costars Ryan Gosling.
For her appearance, Blunt selected a matching Etro ensemble consisting of a blue satin jacquard double-breasted blazer and a matching midi dress. The “Oppenheimer” star accessorized with gold Tiffany & Co. jewelry, including a gold chainlink necklace. A pair of nude high-heeled sandals completed her look.

Hairdresser Laini Reeves styled Blunt’s dirty blond tresses in a wavy lob, while makeup artist Jenn Streicher gave the actress mauve blush and a matching lip.
Speaking to host Kelly Clarkson, Blunt explained the premise of her latest project. “It is like a throwback nostalgic action comedy. It’s a love story at its core, but it’s a love letter to stunt performers,” she said.
“The Fall Guy,” out now, follows a stuntman, played by Gosling, who is on the search for a missing movie star.
Blunt continued, calling stunt performers “the unsung heroes of this industry.”
“They risk more than anyone,” she said. “Every moment in cinema that you remember that gave you that crackling sense of wonder was probably a stunt performed by someone making actors look cooler than they are. Then they kind of disappear into the shadows. There’s no vanity. Give them an Oscar!”
Last week, Blunt attended the premiere of “The Fall Guy” in Los Angeles, where she wore a sequined one-shoulder Armani Privé frock featuring a side cutout. The actress added on chunky bangle bracelets and a pair of metallic open-toe pumps with braided straps.
