Emmys 2024 Host, Nominations, Presenters
This year’s Emmys ceremony will be hosted by Dan and Eugene Levy. Both Emmy winners, the father-son duo most recently won statuettes for their work together on Schitt’s Creek.
The Bear and Shōgun dominated this year’s nominees list, earning 23 and 25 nominations, respectively. The Bear’s 23 nods is the most in a single year in the Comedy categories, and it’s coming off 10 wins at the 75th Emmy Awards. Abbott Elementary, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Hacks, Only Murders in the Building, Palm Royale, What We Do in the Shadows, and Reservation Dogs are competing with The Bear for Outstanding Comedy Series.
The Outstanding Drama Series category sees Shōgun up against The Crown, Morning Show, Slow Horses, and The Gilded Age.
The awards will all be presented by TV and other entertainment industry royalty including Steve Martin, Colin Farrell, Mindy Kaling, Jane Lynch, Maya Rudolph, and many others. There will also be appearances by Olympic medalists swimmer Caeleb Dressel and rugby player Ilona Maher.
