It was a wild (and confusing) night on "Big Brother."

Thursday was this season's double eviction episode, as the houseguests voted two contestants out of the house. However, it appears one could get back into the game.

Who was evicted on 'Big Brother' tonight?

The night started with America Lopez and Cameron Hardin on the block. Jared Fields initially nominated Lopez and Cory Wurtenberger, but after Jag Bains won the Power of Veto and used it on Wurtenberger, Fields nominated Hardin as the replacement nominee.

The houseguests voted Cameron Hardin out of the house with an 8-0 vote.

During the abbreviated "Big Brother" cycle, with an entire week's worth of game being played in less than an hour, Wurtenberger won Head of Household. He nominated Jared Fields and Blue Kim for eviction. Matt Klotz won Power of Veto and kept the nominations the same, which led to the houseguests voting out Jared with a 6-1 vote. His mother, Cirie Fields, was the only person who voted for him to stay.

'Big Brother' announces zombie twist

Despite Hardin and Jared leaving the house, their games aren't over. Host Julie Chen Moonves announced they would be part of the game's scary week. They both will re-enter the house as "Big Brother" zombies, and one could have their game resurrected.

Chen Moonves also revealed there wouldn't be another Head of Household competition this week, nor will there be nominations. There also won't be a Power of Veto competition.

'Big Brother' schedule

"Big Brother" has a weird schedule in the coming days. The show is slated to air at 10 p.m. ET Sunday, Sept. 24. NFL football could delay the CBS evening programming, though.
