EXCLUSIVE: British agent Holly Bott has launched Little Arrow, a new management company that counts Traitors host Claudia Winkleman among its clients.
Bott is the former Global MD of YMU Entertainment and her new operation is pitched as a business development hub and management company for a select group of clients. It goes out of the gate with a lineup of household names in its quiver. As well as Winkleman, who is flying high after the success of Traitors, broadcasters Gabby Logan and Emma Barnett have signed, as has British designer Anya Hindmarch.

At YMU, Bott worked with talent including the aforementioned Winkleman and Logan, as well as the likes of Davina McCall, Amelia Dimoldenberg, Rylan Clark, Munya Chawawa, and Olympic diving champ Tom Daley.
Bott also worked with Fearne Cotton on the creation of the ‘Happy Place’ wellness brand, which has notched over 100 million podcast listens, an app, book imprint, television series and live events business.
“The media world is ever changing, which brings with it new opportunities and ways of communicating,” said Bott. “I look forward to working with brilliant creatives to help guide and execute their careers – now and for the future.”
Talk of Bott’s next move has been swirling around the London agenting scene for a while now, but today we’re the first to bring you the official news of Little Arrow. Bott had left YMU last year, months before Deadline revealed it was restructuring and cutting staff, with Permira Credit becoming its lead shareholder. We later brought you the full details of the $76M agreement. The loss of Winkleman, in particular, will be a hit to the company. The journalist and presenter is on a hot streak, fronting programs such as BBC’s murder guessing game The Traitors and Channel 4 entertainment show The Piano.
UK-based drama prodco Archery Pictures, which made the likes of Operation Mincemeat and Riviera is a backer of Little Arrow. Kris Thykier, Archery CEO, said: “Holly is enormously impressive and her vision for a management business that looks beyond traditional representation towards business development is tremendously exciting.”
Prior to joining YMU, Holly was a Senior Planner at Sony Music/SYCO, overseeing strategy for artists including One Direction, Little Mix and Labrinth. SYCO founder Simon Cowell remains with YMU.
