Alexa, play “Haunted” off Speak Now (Taylor’s Version). After Taylor Swift announced that she’ll be releasing her Eras Tour film in theaters on Oct. 13, fans took notice that the release of the tour movie would collide with the release of The Exorcist: Believer.

In order to avoid the overlap, Jason Blum, one of the producers for the Exorcist sequel, announced that the film’s release will be moving up by a week. “Look what you made me do. The Exorcist: Believer moves to 10/6/23,” Blum tweeted with the hashtag #TaylorWins, while referencing the Reputation fan-favorite.

Swift announced the Eras Tour film on Thursday alongside a trailer featuring footage from the singer’s shows at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

“The Eras Tour has been the most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far and I’m overjoyed to tell you that it’ll be coming to the big screen soon,” Swift wrote on Instagram. “Starting Oct 13th you’ll be able to experience the concert film in theaters in North America! Tickets are on sale now at amctheatres.com. Eras attire, friendship bracelets, singing and dancing encouraged ?? 1, 2, 3 LGB!!!! (iykyk)”

The Eras Tour — which is technically only halfway done at this point — has already been one of the biggest tours of all time. The hype was astronomical from the moment Swift announced the trek (her first since the 2018 Reputation tour) in late 2022 on the heels of her latest album, Midnights. (Seriously, when the dates were announced, several people were forced to consider whether it was worth it to reschedule their own weddings).

Tickets for the tour film are worth $19.89 for adults and $13.13 for children and seniors. She also encouraged fans to dress up and exchange bracelets for the film experience just like for the tour.
