Fall Food Stroll

Oct. 10—NEW LONDON — Crowds came to downtown New London for food, music and more during the Fall Food Stroll on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023.

The annual event, organized by the Downtown New London Association, featured over 30 local businesses. Most shops were open later hours, many locations featured music and art while wristbands gave visitors a sample of food and drinks from local restaurants. Culinary offerings ranged from conch chowder to ice cream to chicken pepian to beer and more. A number of local musicians performed as well as the Crow & Cauldron Witch Dancers of Eastern Connecticut, and art galleries were open.

Among the locations participating in the event were Studio 33, Woodfellas Pizza, The Social Bar & Kitchen, Garde Arts Center, Thames River Gallery, Fiddleheads Food Coop, and Texas Roadhouse. New additions this year include Favorites Bistro & Bar, Shalond's 4th & Goal, Candy's Chapina Restaurant and The Golden Owl.
