Fans Beg 'Price Is Right' to 'Invite' Snoop Dogg Back on the Game Show After Resurfaced Clip Goes Viral
Those who have been tuning into the 2024 Summer Olympics over the last couple of weeks are likely well aware of Snoop Dogg’s renewed icon status on the world stage for his participation in NBC’s sports coverage.
With so much attention already focused on the 52-year-old rapper, several clips featuring roles he’s taken on in the past have resurfaced online—including one in which he appeared in a The Price Is Right episode that aired in early 2012.
The game show shared a montage of clips showing the “Drop It Like It’s Hot” hitmaker assisting various contestants throughout the episode. In every clip, Snoop Dogg provided tips that benefited contestants.
“That time Snoop Dogg helped everyone win on Price Is Right,” the game show wrote in a text overlay included with the video. The caption for the montage, which The Price Is Right shared on its social media channels, meanwhile read, “Music legend ? Sports correspondent legend ? Price is Right legend ? Is there anything he *can't* do?”
According to fans who left comments on the social media posts, the answer, simply put, is no. “Snoop Dogg is just good at everything,” one fan wrote as another echoed the game show’s query.
“He's our national Mascot,” another fan declared, adding, "This dude is a part of everything and all it does is improve whatever it is!”
Snoop Dogg “is probably the best example of a human like collectively if alien show up and they ask us to take us to our leader we should just bring him to Snoop,” another person joked.

After watching the resurfaced clip, several fans urged the show to extend a new invitation for Snoop Dogg to appear.
“Y’all need to invite him back. Make it like an annual thing,” one fan wrote on Instagram. Another viewer who said they missed Snoop Dogg’s 2012 episode but now watch the show “everyday” agreed, writing, “yall have to invite him back.”
Others joked that there might have been a reason Snoop Dogg hadn’t been invited back on the show.
“Producers are like who the hell invited SNOOP! They’re winning every game! ?? ?? ??,” one fan commented as another said, “his invite been getting lost every year since” his 2012 appearance.
“Damn Snoop about to bankrupt the price is right lmao,” another person laughed.
