Fans of Dylan Dreyer said her youngest son is “so stinking cute” after the Today co-host shared a video showing him mastering a new skill.
Rusty, who is the youngest of Dreyer’s three sons, was the star of the weather correspondent’s Wednesday, May 8 Instagram video. In the footage that Dreyer shared with her social media followers, the 2-year-old was filmed from behind as he rode his scooter along a street in New York City. The scooter, designed for younger kids with two wheels in front and one in the back, was a bright red that matched the boy’s T-shirt. Rusty completed his primary colors look with a bright yellow helmet and blue shorts.
Rusty appeared to be focused on his task as the video began, enthusiastically pushing off the ground with his left foot as he kept his right balanced on the scooter and steered with his hands. After nearly catching up with his 4-year-old brother, Oliver, his mother could be heard cheering him on from behind.
“Good job Rusty!” Dreyer exclaimed.

Rusty then voiced an adorable request. “I want a hug,” he said. He leaned in for an embrace with his mom before starting off again on his scooter.
“He’s finally got it! The only way to get around NYC!! Way to go Rusty!” Dreyer wrote in her Instagram caption.
