Fans Say Jenna Bush Hager Is 'Such a Good Friend' to Savannah Guthrie After Al Roker Pranked 'Today' Co-Hosts
There’s nothing like good-natured pranks among colleagues to boost camaraderie—but for most people, that involves things like putting a sticky note on the bottom of someone’s mouse in the office.
If your coworkers are fellow celebrities and your job happens to be hosting a wildly popular morning show, those pranks look a little different.

Fans were delighted when a video on social media showed Today co-hosts Savannah Guthrie, Jenna Bush Hager, and Hoda Kotb posing in front of a sign that said “I survived Jimmy’s Tonightmares,” a reference to the Halloween content on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
After a moment, the sign dropped down, revealing Today co-host Al Roker, who said “any questions?” in a booming voice followed by a spooky laugh. The three women all reacted very differently, with Guthrie screaming and covering her face and Kotb slowly turning to look at Roker before bursting into laughter.
But it was Bush Hager that grabbed fans’ attention for the way she sprang into action, backing up and pulling Guthrie with her in the process.
“Jenna is such a momma.. pulled you right out of harms [sic] way. I would be Sav,” wrote one fan, while another noted that “SG wearing nice shoes and Jenna was saving her.”
A third chimed in to say, “I love how Jenna pulled Savannah out of the way! She's a good friend! ??.”
Several fans commented on Kotb’s calm demeanor, writing, “The way Hoda didn’t even seem phased. ??,” “Hoda didn’t even flinch ??,” and, “It’s like Hoda knew something was coming during the picture!”
