Fans Are Majorly Split on Denise Richards’ Shocking Hair Transformation
Denise Richards’ new era is all about embracing the new, and her new hairstyle is proof that she knows how to rock a daring transformation.
While Richards’ iconic, wavy blonde locks have been a staple in her image for decades, she recently changed things up, by debuting a shocking, drastic hair transformation on an episode of Season 21 of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. See the photos below:

As you can see, Richards is now rocking a daring, ultra-curly brunette hairdo that’s a total 180 from her usual style! Now, we’ve seen Richards with wavy brown hair over the years, specifically in roles like Valentine, during events throughout 2010, the 1999 MTV Video Music Awards, and more. But the ultra-curly part is totally new for the stunning star!
However, fans are quite split on the dramatic transformation. On March 7, she shared a video from the episode, showing her fans the new hairdo, and it garnered mixed reactions.
Under the video, many fans and friends praised Denise for the new look, saying things like “ok denise w this hair is ??” and “Denise looks good with dark hair.” However, with any major change, there tends to be harsh criticism, and one included someone commenting, “I think the dark hair looks horrible on her. She looks old & tired.”
And us? We think she looks gorgeous in any look she chooses, we just love seeing her look so happy and confident!
In case you missed it, she actually dyed her hair back to brown last month, in Feb 2024. On Feb 3, Richards shared a video of the hair transformation to her Instagram with the caption reading, “Took @deniserichards to the Dark side using @schwarzkopfusa and adding extra volume using @hiddencrownhair MUA @julzhopemua.”
