Fans Say Martha Stewart Is ‘Always a Vibe’ as She Sports ‘Casual Country’ Look for Special Outing
Fans believe Martha Stewart selected the perfect outfit for a special outing in southern Colorado as the 83-year-old dressed up to attend this year’s Telluride Film Festival.
The home decor expert shared a photo of her festival ‘fit on Instagram on Sunday, Sept. 1. In the snapshot, she leaned against a railing outside a cabin to show off her fashion picks, which consisted of suede denim pants, a light blue sweater and a cozy white and blue cardigan that featured fringe along all fabric edges except its sleeves. She topped off the outfit with a straw-colored wide-brimmed hat, completing the look that one fan described as “very cool and casual country.”
“Dressed for the Telluride film festival !!” Stewart wrote in her Instagram caption before crediting the cardigan to the Alanui brand and noting she’d picked out all of the clothing from a Sharis boutique.
Fans praised Stewart’s “so beautiful” outfit in her post’s comment section, with one person noting they “love this look.”
“GORGEOUS BEAUTIFUL ??????,” one fan gushed as another agreed that the blue color “looks nice” on Stewart.

Stewart has shared a few photos from her trip to Telluride over the last couple of days in posts that stirred excitement among many of her social media followers as she revealed some of the celebrities—such as Pharrell Williams, Angelina Jolie and Saoirse Ronan—she has come into contact with while on her trip. Dozens of new films are screening this weekend at the 51st Telluride Film Festival, which officially began on Aug. 30 and is scheduled to end on Monday, Sept. 2.
