Sounds like she's singing, alright!
Kelly Clarkson has once again put her fans in a trance with her voice after pulling off another flawless performance during the latest Kellyoke segment on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
During the Monday, Apr. 8 episode of her talk show, Clarkson took on the Miley Cyrus and Stevie Nicks mashup, "Edge of Midnight"—and it's safe to say she did not disappoint.
The 41-year-old powerhouse vocalist did what she does best as she belted out the rock tune with perfect ease. Accompanied by My Band Y'all for the impressive cover, Clarkson put her own spin on the lively track while she even dressed the part, wearing a black leather skirt, matching leather boots and a retro Billy Joel tee.
The song, off of Cyrus' Plastic Hearts album, is a mashup of her track "Midnight Sky," mixed with Nicks' "Edge of Seventeen."
But even taking on a song performed by two amazing female vocalists in their own right, Clarkson still found a way to shine with her version of the song.
"It’s like every song was actually written for Kelly. She owns them all. ??????," one fan wrote in the comments under an Instagram post of the performance.
Someone else playfully dubbed the American Idol winner, "Ms. Steal Your Song ??."
Another person pointed out the effortlessness of Clarkson's singing, writing in the comments, "I love how this is just like eating a sandwich for her."
"We are living in the age of KELLY ??," that same user added.
"And once again Kelly Clarkson proves she’s one of the greatest most versatile voices of all time," someone else gushed, while another user described Clarkson's vocals as "out of this world."
"Devoured," one comment simply read.
Another person echoed that same sentiment, telling Clarkson, "you ATE THE SONG AND LEFT NO CRUMBS."
