Fans React After Finding Out Brad Pitt Is Older Than Tim Walz
Fans were stunned to learn this month that Brad Pitt is older than vice presidential candidate Tim Walz.
It's unclear who originally dug into their ages or why the comparison was made in the first place, but a meme account on Instagram posted a screenshot of another social media user joking, "This is what teaching high-schoolers will do to you," alongside a side-by-side comparison of their headshots.
Both men are currently 60 years old, with Pitt born on Dec. 18, 1963, and Walz born on April 6, 1964, though there are marked differences in their appearances—particularly when it comes to their hair.
While some took the opportunity to make political commentary over the comparison, most argued that it was "Apples and Oranges on so many levels," pointing out that "Brad has people dedicated to how he looks," not to mention "tons of money" for "plastic surgery."
"Put white hair on Brad and see the difference. Pretty sure he colors his," someone else suggested, while another asserted, "This is a ridiculous comparison."
"Let’s switch that around—that’s what living the Hollywood life does for Pitt," another argued, while someone else agreed, "politics is harder on you than being eye candy for the ladies??."
"It’s just a joke people, lighten up! ??," someone else tried to calm everyone down. "This post isn’t meant to be literal."
Walz quickly skyrocketed in popularity after becoming Kamala Harris' vice presidential candidate, with viewers praising his response after his kids pranked him on live television.
Meanwhile, the actor has found himself on a bit of a decline as his family speaks out against him. Most recently, daughter Shiloh legally changed her name to drop Pitt, and is now known as Shiloh Jolie.
