The princess attended the special event alongside her husband, Prince William, and their three children, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6.
After the event, Middleton took to Instagram to share footage from the King's birthday parade, giving fans a glimpse at all the joyful moments from the day.
"All set for The King's Birthday Parade!" Middleton captioned her post on Saturday, while her followers wasted no time welcoming her back to public life.

Before her appearance on Saturday, Middleton shared an update about her cancer battle while posting a new photo of herself on Instagram on Friday, June 14.
In the post, the princess shared that she is "making good progress," as she continues to undergo chemotherapy treatment, though she has "good days and bad days."
"I am not out of the woods yet," she wrote in the post, after noting that her treatment is still "ongoing" and will continue for a few more months.
"I am learning how to be patient, especially with uncertainty. Taking each day as it comes, listening to my body, and allowing myself to take this much needed time to heal," Middleton continued.
She also made a point to thank her fans and supporters for the "continued understanding" through this process.
