'FBI: International' Says Goodbye to Another Agent
'FBI: International'
The Fly Team sees another agent fly the coop. Luke Kleintank, who's played Supervisory Special Agent Scott Forrester since the show premiered in September 2021, is exiting the CBS series before its current third season is up. Deadline was the first outlet to report the news.
“After much thought and consideration, I’ve made the difficult decision to leave FBI: International,” the actor said in a statement. “This decision is driven by my unwavering commitment to my family, whose love and well-being are paramount in my life. I’m profoundly thankful for the extraordinary cast and crew of the show, who have not only been colleagues but also a family away from home. Their unwavering dedication and remarkable talents have made every moment on set an unforgettable journey that has enriched my life in countless ways. Lastly, I would also like to extend my thanks to the fans who have supported us through the first three seasons.”

The show parted with another agent earlier this year, with the sudden exit of Heida Reed in the Season 3 premiere.
In the episode, her character, Special Agent Jamie Kellett, managed to survive the Season 2 finale explosion of the Fly Team's headquarters, and all of her colleagues escaped, too (although not all were unscathed). But their moment of celebration was cut short when Kellett revealed she was leaving Budapest for D.C.
"I'm leaving. I'm transferring to the Washington Field Office. I leave tomorrow," she told them suddenly. She went on to say more emotional goodbyes to everyone and headed off on a train.

After the episode aired, Reed took to Instagram to continue those goodbyes by addressing the fans and writing, "Thank you SO MUCH to the fans for letting Jamie into your hearts ?? Agent Kellett out! ?? #fbiinternational."
Kleintank will have a chance to say his own final parting words soon enough. According to TV Line, his final episode of FBI: International will air Tuesday, May 7, two weeks before the Season 3 finale on May 21 at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
