Will Ferrell Gets 'Loud' With Bold Political Message in New Video
Will Ferrell is using his voice to spread awareness ahead of the 2024 presidential election.
Just days before Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 5, the actor and comedian partnered with Billy Eichner for a chaotic video on social media, where it was abundantly clear who Ferrell would be casting his vote for.

The new clip, which already has over 6 million views on X (formerly Twitter), features Ferrell, 57, and Eichner, 46, wearing matching T-shirts with the message, "Loud White Men for Kamala."
Throughout the video, the two comedians ran around New York City while asking various passersby who they would be voting for next month—and they celebrated loudly whenever someone said Kamala Harris.
Toward the start of the clip, Eichner and Ferrell asked one man if he would rather see a sequel to Ferrell's beloved holiday film Elf or a sequel to Donald Trump's presidency. The man said Elf before confirming that he would vote for Harris.
His response garnered a joyful reaction from Ferrell and Eichner as they proceeded to jump and hug the man, who then said their energy was "too much"—though neither of the actors seemed to care.
After talking energetically to more people on the street, Eichner and Ferrell approached an elderly man.
"Sir, we're loud white men for Kamala, join the cause!" Eichner said, before the man agreed, "Yes," and said, "I support Kamala."
He was then asked to say it even louder, which he gladly did.
While talking to another person on the street, Eichner asked, "Miss, did you hear if Kamala wins, she's going to make Buddy the Elf secretary of Christmas?"
"That would be phenomenal," the woman replied.
The clip also included several more chaotic encounters with New York City voters, but still fans thought the video was "way too short."
"Please give me more," one fan wrote in the comments on YouTube, adding, "This made my day!"
"This was ridiculously energetic—in a very good way," someone else said while noting, "I needed this."
