The Final Season of 'Cobra Kai' Will Resume Soon
COBRA KAI’S FINAL season is now streaming on Netflix, the first five episodes of season 6 having debuted on July 18. But that's just the beginning, as you may have been able to tell once reaching the end of those episodes, but not getting, you know, an end.
The sixth and final season picks up where season 5 left off, and beginning with the students and senseis at the Miyagi-Do Karate dojo deciding if and how they should compete in Sekai Taikai, also known as the world karate championships, They were eliminated from the All-Valley, but this marks another chance at redemption.
Veteran actors from the OG Karate Kid movies Ralph Macchio and William Zabka once again return, joined by fellow returning Cobra Kai cast members, Xolo Maridue?a, Jacob Bertrand, Mary Mouser, Tanner Buchanan, Peyton List, and more.
Will there be more episodes of Cobra Kai?
Yes! Aside from the five episodes already released, fans can expect at least five more episodes to be released before the end of the calendar year (and ten more total). Netflix announced that the show's upcoming season will premiere in three distinct batches within the final season, with five episodes being released at a time.
That makes season 6 actually a super-charged, jumbo-sized final run for Cobra Kai. Ample opportunities will be had to tie up loose ends and provide closure to the series.
When will Cobra Kai return with Season 4, Part 2?
The official return for Cobra Kai’s second installment within its final season will be available to stream on Netflix starting on November 28, 2024. The final Part 3 of the series is expected to drop on streaming platforms in 2025, with an exact premiere date TBA.
