In a separate filing, Cyrus claimed that Firerose “had been conducting a campaign to isolate” him from his family, Meanwhile, in June, Firerose told the New York Post's Page Six that her ex had “very strict rules,” and she experienced “systematic isolation” at his hands.
Cyrus cited irreconcilable differences and inappropriate marital conduct in the initial divorce filing as reason for the split, something Firerose denied being guilty of in a response filing.
Her ex-husband also filed paperwork for an annulment on the grounds of fraud.
The former couple are also battling over finances.
