Food Network's Emeril Lagasse, son to prepare Michelin dinner for euphoria, what to know
Four-day culinary festival, euphoria 2024, has announced its full lineup which takes place from Sept. 19 to Sept. 22 and includes local and visiting culinary artists showcased through chef dinners and social events throughout Greenville.
This year, Food Network star and owner of Emeril's in New Orleans, Emeril Lagasse is set to be part of this year's festival in Greenville as he, his son E.J. Lagasse and a euphoria regular Chef Ryan Ratino will prepare a Michelin dinner at restaurant Avenue located at 110 E. Court St. during the festival.
Tickets for this specific event will go on sale at 10 a.m. on April 18 at euphoriagreenville.com, however, tickets to other culinary events are available for purchase.
With more than 70 events and 200 chefs and musicians over the festival weekend, participants can expect tastings, cooking and wine seminars, educational sessions, musical performances and signature cooking events that highlight the emerging food scene in Greenville.

Thursday, Sept. 19
All That & Dim Sum at Sum Bar; noon until 2 p.m. with Chefs Shuai Wang and Chef Dylan Haughton, plus owner Khailing Neoh.
In the Stars at Scoundrel; 6:30 p.m. with Joe Cash and Jonathan Black.
Aged to Perfection at Judson Mill; 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. with Neon Arcadia.

Sweet Home Carolina at The Lazy Goat; 6:30 p.m. with chefs Beau Owens and Brandon Carter
