Fox Spirit Matchmaker: Red Moon Pact Ep 10 Recap & Spoilers: Gong Jun Cares For Ailing Yang Mi
The ongoing fantasy C-drama Fox Spirit Matchmaker: Red Moon Pact, starring Gong Jun and Yang Mi, released episode 10 on May 26, 2024. The episode primarily focuses on Yuechu (Gong Jun) taking care of Hong Hong (Yang Mi).
Snow Fox Tushan Mei Mei takes his revenge on Xu Yi for keeping him captive for all these years. He reminds him how he kept him chained and hurt him. Although Xu Yi apologizes to him and begs for forgiveness, Mei Mei is not ready to listen to him. He stabs Xu Yi to death. As he watches the humans torturing the spirits relentlessly, he vows to teach them a lesson.
Meanwhile, rumors spread throughout the city that the princess had taken all the mother talismans of the spirits. Feeling the divine power of Xu Yi’s body get released, Shi Ji suspects that he has passed away.
Ever since Hong Hong has fallen ill, Yuechu has not left her side. He attends to her needs, cooks for her and gives her medicine. Hong Hong mentions to him that they need to solve the impending crisis in the spirit master kingdom or else Shi Kai and Princess Bu Tai won’t be able to be together. But Yuechu expresses his worry about the mother talismans getting unbound. Hong Hong mentioned that she had come up with a solution. She intends to unite the spirit clan like the Yiqi allegiance. Although it is a prolonged process, she urges Yuechu to have faith in her.
Meanwhile, Tushan Mei Mei visits the spirit lord to show his gratitude for saving him. But Shi Ji is furious at him for not staying inside the Tushan clan to help Chi Shan. Furthermore, Shi Ji threatens to kill him for ruining her plan and starts to bind him using her spells. Only after he mentions that he knows how to take back the mother talisman from humans does she free him from his torment.

Mei Mei advises Shi Ji to create some powerful spirits that they use to fight back against humans. Mei Mei nominates Shi Kuan as a candidate as he possesses amazing spirit powers. He is the top warrior of Beishan and one of the most powerful spirits.
Pleased by his idea, the spirit lord visits Shi Kuan to convince him to be his ally. She proposes that he join her troops and help her overthrow the human race. But Shi Kuan strictly turns down her offer. The spirit lord then mentions his feelings for the princess. She promises to free him of his slave title so he can pursue her. Shi Kuan once again refuses to betray the princess. The wicked spirit lord binds him with a talisman and threatens to burn it if he doesn’t comply with her.
Meanwhile, Ren Feng manipulates the members of the Yiqi allegiance to join forces with him. He saves them from the spirit slaves and promises to guide them.
Yuechu looks for ways to strengthen humans’ defence. He accompanies Princess Bu Tai to visit the members of the Yiqi allegiance who were attacked by the spirit slaves. He finds it strange that the spirit slaves became so courageous. Meanwhile, Yuechu receives a message from Fu Cheng that confirms Ren Feng as the mastermind behind the ploy.
Shi Kuan informs Hong Hong about the spirit lord’s visit. He worries that she will hurt Bu Tai and asks for Hong Hong’s help to protect her. Hong Hong assures him that she will protect him. Furthermore, she advises that he abides by what the spirit lord wants.
In the meantime, Dongfang Luo’s soul starts to fight back inside Yuechu’s body. It causes him to suffer from tremendous pain.
