According to a public information officer with the Beverly Hills Police Department, Eastwood left jail on Sunday.

Beverly Hills police told The Hollywood Reporter on Saturday that officers had responded to a call that came in at their North Rexford Drive headquarters regarding the possible domestic violence incident at a safety zone. TMZ reports that Eastwood was a passenger and her boyfriend was behind the wheel when the two were driving around Beverly Hills and got into a verbal fight that escalated, when she allegedly got physical. After calling the police, her boyfriend was told he should drive to the safety zone at BHPD’s headquarters.

Eastwood, who resides in Los Angeles, was ultimately arrested on PC 273.5 — Domestic Violence, which is a felony charge, Beverly Hills Police Department Lieutenant Andrew Myers said by phone on Tuesday morning. Other than Eastwood’s Sunday exit from the jailhouse, the department shared no further details.

Court records show Eastwood pleaded no contest to a DUI charge in 2015 and that case was ultimately dismissed.

Eastwood appeared alongside her stepmother, Dina Eastwood, and sister, Morgan Eastwood, in the 2012 E! series that followed Dina, then the Oscar-winning filmmaker’s wife, and the girls as they lived in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California, with Overtone, an a cappella group being managed by the matriarch. The show ended after one season when the Eastwood family decided not to carry on with production, as Morgan announced in a Tumblr post.

Eastwood has since appeared in films like M. Night Shyamalan’s 2021 thriller Old and TV series including the Twin Peaks reboot and FX’s Fargo.

Calls placed to a rep for Eastwood by THR were not immediately returned on Tuesday.
