Whitney Cummings To Host ‘Friends’ Game Show On Max – Update

Max has ordered a four-part competition show based on the classic NBC comedy as part of the show’s 30th anniversary celebrations.
Fast Friends, which comes from Warner Bros. Unscripted Television, will be a four-part series with production starting next month.
It is the latest classic Warner Bros. IP that the company is turning into an unscripted series and comes after Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses and its upcoming baking show based on JK Rowling’s books.
The series will be filmed at The Friends Experience: The One in New York City, the company’s interactive experience.

It will take place across a number of the show’s iconic sets including Rachel and Monica’s apartment, Joey and Chandler’s bachelor pad and Central Perk. Fans will re-live their favorite moments while being put to the test with trivia, puzzles, and games. The quickest team will win the title of Ultimate Friends Fan.
The Friends Experience also has locations in London as well as an upcoming one in Las Vegas.
The series is produced by Warner Bros. Unscripted Television in association with Warner Horizon. It is executive produced by Dan Sacks, Bridgette Theriault and Dan Norris. Richard Burgio serves as co-executive producer.
