‘Full House’ Cast's Real-Life Couples: Who's Dating Who?

Full House is full of sweet relationships and some of our favorite TV couples of all time, like Uncle Jesse and Aunt Becky and DJ and Steve. But in real life, John Stamos, Dave Coulier and many of the show’s cast members have their own sweethearts. Learn everything there is to know about the love lives of the Full House cast members!

1. John Stamos and Caitlin McHugh

It’s hard to picture Jesse Katsopolis with anybody other than Becky, but John Stamos and Caitlin McHugh are just so darn cute! The couple tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their son, Billy, later that year. Although McHugh is 23 years younger than Stamos, he says that he has learned so much from being with his wife.

“Being older with someone younger, you go, ‘All right, you know everything, and they need to listen to me.’ But I'm always learning something from her.”

2. Bob Saget and Kelly Rizzo

We love Danny Tanner as the cleaning machine he is, but we loved him even more with his real-life wife, Kelly Rizzo. The couple met in 2015 after Saget invited Rizzo to one of his stand-up shows and they married three years later in 2018.

Saget explained of meeting his wife, “I didn't think I'd have a relationship again. I was kind of in that 'just work, make people happy’… She's a remarkable person, and she's really talented ... I'm happier today.”

Saget and Rizzo were together up until Saget’s death in January 2022, but Rizzo continues to keep his memory alive.

3. Dave Coulier and Melissa Bring 

Dave Coulier, best known as the hilarious Joey Gladstone, met his current wife, Melissa Bring, in 2005. The comedian and photographer met in Montana while Coulier was on a vacation with friends. The couple tied the knot in 2014 and have been happily married ever since. 

“Melissa has been, truly, my best friend for nine years,” Coulier said after announcing their engagement. “We simply thought we would just make it a lifetime. I can't wait.”

4. Candace Cameron Bure and Valeri Bure

Candace Cameron Bure, who we love as DJ Tanner, initially met her now-husband, Valeri Bure, at a hockey game in 1994, which she attended with Full House co-stars Bob Saget, Dave Coulier and Lori Loughlin. The couple got married in 1996 and have three kids together — Natasha, Lev and Maksim.

“I love you even more today than I did on our wedding day," Cameron Bure wrote in a post for their 22nd anniversary. “Simply because I KNOW you, 24 years in the making.”

5. Jodie Sweetin and Mescal Wasilewski 

Jodie Sweetin, who portrayed Stephanie Tanner on Full House, met and began dating her now-husband, Mescal Wasilewski, in 2017. The two maintained a long-distance relationship for the first three and a half years, until they got married in 2022. Their wedding was attended by multiple Full House co-stars, including John Stamos and Candace Cameron Bure.

“We intertwine so well,” Sweetin explained of her husband. “He's funny and smart, and he's my biggest supporter. It's really magical.”

6. Ashley Olsen and Louis Eisner

Ashley Olsen — one half of Michelle Tanner and the real-life Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, aka “The Olsen Twins” — has been linked to her now-husband, Louis Eisner, since 2017. Although the Olsen twins keep their personal lives rather private, it was found out that Olsen and Eisner got married in 2022. A few months following their wedding, the couple welcomed their first son, Otto.

7. Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli

Aunt Becky found her perfect match in Mossimo Giannulli, whom she married in 1997. Loughlin and Giannulli welcomed their first daughter, Isabella, in 1998, and their second daughter, Olivia Jade, in 1999.
