'Fuller House' final episodes: Where's Lori Loughlin's Aunt Becky?
Spoiler alert! This story contains details from the final episodes of Netflix's "Fuller House."
While Lori Loughlin has recently pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges in the college admissions scandal, her "Fuller House" TV character Aunt Becky has another reason for being absent from the show's final nine episodes, released on Netflix Tuesday: She's visiting her home state to help a parent.
In one new episode, Becky's hair-obsessed husband, Jesse (John Stamos), is trying to figure out who bit Pamela, the young daughter he and Becky adopted. He wants Pamela to bite the perpetrator back.
"You don't think that maybe you should run this by Aunt Becky?" asks his niece, D.J. Tanner-Fuller (Candace Cameron Bure).
“Aunt Becky is in Nebraska, helping out her mother," Jesse responds. "I don’t want to bother her with such a tiny little thing like this.”

There was no Loughlin to be seen. At a hearing in Boston late last month, Loughlin and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and mail fraud.
So the series finale featured the triple wedding of D.J., Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber), without Becky there to witness the nuptials.
Loughlin first appeared in the second season of "Full House," ABC's 1987-95 sitcom, , and joined the sequel spinoff that premiered on Netflix in 2016. She last portrayed Aunt Becky in the ninth episode of Season 4, released in December 2018, according to IMDb, three months before her arrest as part of the college admissions scandal.
She and Giannulli were accused of paying $500,000 in bribes to the mastermind of a nationwide admissions scheme, Rick Singer, to get their two daughters, Olivia Jade Giannulli and Isabella Giannulli, accepted into the University of Southern California as fake crew recruits. After asserting their innocence for more than a year, Loughlin and Giannulli, reversed course May 22.
When the "Fuller House" crew assembled for the first table read of its last season in May 2019, Loughlin was not present. Barber described her absence as "a hole in our hearts" to Us Weekly in November. "We loved every single time she came on the set," Barber said. "So we have definitely felt her absence this season.”

Early in the finale, Tanner family patriarch Danny (Bob Saget) and his pal Joey Gladstone (Dave Coulier) enter the Tanners' Bay Area home following an offscreen rehearsal dinner for the girls.
Jesse appears about five minutes into the episode, but offers no further updates about Becky. Her absence initially remains unaddressed at the backyard ceremony and reception where Jesse makes a touching toast, referencing the passing of his sister, Danny's wife, as the reason he joined the Tanner household to help raise his nieces.
"I have to say, when I first moved into this house, I was a young, clueless kid with a hole in my heart that I thought would never heal," Jesse says. "But you all filled that hole with so much love. I wish you all a lifetime with as much love as you've given me."
"Fuller House" alludes to a missing "Full House" character in its penultimate episode: Michelle Tanner. The role was played by twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
While D.J. and Stephanie are on a hunt to find "something borrowed" in the house, Kimmy references the youngest Tanner sister, who has never appeared in the spinoff.
"Hey, how long are you gonna keep Michelle's bike?" Kimmy asks. "If she hasn't come for it by now," she says, looking into the camera, she's not coming."
It was revealed in the very first "Fuller House" episode that Michelle was "busy in New York running her fashion empire," just as the sisters are in real life.
Netflix did not respond to a request for comment about Loughlin's involvement with its final season, or whether producers had made an overture to the Olsen twins.
