Gabriel-Kane Day-Lewis Doesn't Want to Follow in His Famous Father's Footsteps

Gabriel-Kane Day-Lewis might look like a younger spitting image of his legendary actor father, Daniel Day Lewis, but his career aspirations are very different.
The 20-year-old aspiring musician recently sat down with Teen Vogue and told the mag that he has no interest in getting into the family business.
“I’ve gotten a lot of offers to act recently, but I’ve turned them all down because I want to focus on my music for the time being,” the 6-foot-2 blond explained. “I don’t want people to think, ‘This kid’s an actor, a musician, a model… but what is he really?’"
While Gabe signed with modeling agency IMG early last year, he got his big break back in July when he walked in Chanel’s Haute Couture show with Julianne Moore on his arm and Kristen Stewart and Kendall Jenner mere steps behind him.
The "Ink In My Veins” singer went on to reveal that he got into modeling in order to “make money to pay the bills” and fame is the least of his concerns.
