GalaxyCon to feature George Takei, Wil Wheaton, live podcast and more Dec. 6-8
GalaxyCon isn't your typical comic, sci-fi and fantasy, anime or cosplay convention. It's all of those things and more wrapped up in one weekend billed as a "festival of fandom."
Set for Dec. 6-8 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, GalaxyCon offers meet-and-greets with celebrities, voice actors, creators, artists, writers and wrestlers; Q&A, autograph and photo opportunities; vendors and exhibitors; cosplay competitions; video and tabletop gaming; tattoo artists; and other attractions.
More than 20 celebrity guests are scheduled to appear, including George Takei, Wil Wheaton, Corbin Bernsen, Michael Jai White, James Marsters, Danny Trejo and Ernie Hudson. Voice actors from shows such as "Rick and Morty" and "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" also are to attend.

(Tickets for this event are separate and do not include admission to GalaxyCon.)
The Family Zone gives young fans a break from the hustle and bustle of the convention floor to enjoy activities including craft-making, art projects and sensory play.
