The Game’s Sexual Assault Accuser Attempts To Make Him Sell Home To Pay Debt

The Game has evaded paying Priscilla Rainey $7 million for a default judgment in their sexual assault case for almost a decade and his unwillingness to fork over the money could come with a much larger loss. The television personality is now demanding that the 44-year-old rapper sell his Calabasas home to cover the debt.

Per the court documents obtained from AllHipHop, Game owes Rainey $6,898,721.99. She and her attorney Janelle M. Dease requested that a judge make him sell his home in Calabasas, which they determined has a $3,191,375.00 value; thus, it still would not fulfill the entire debt but would incentivize the rapper to pay the rest of it. They also want The Documentary rapper to appear in court to defend himself and the proposed seizing of his home.

“I further request that the Court set a time and place for hearing and order the Judgment Debtor to show cause why an order for sale of the dwelling should not be made in accordance with this application. The records of the Los Angeles County Tax Assessor indicate that there is no current homeowner’s exemption or disabled veteran’s exemption for the dwelling,” Dease wrote in the court documents. “Record title to the dwelling is held in the names of Cash M. Jones, a married man as his sole and separate property, subject to a Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction obtained by Judgment Creditor, deeming title to be held by JTT Holdings as an alter ego of Judgment Debtor. I am informed and believe that the dwelling is not a homestead.”

Priscilla Rainey first sued The Game in 2015, claiming that she was sexually assaulted on what she believed was a required after-hours while they were taping VH1’s She Got Game. She initially sought $10 million, but the judge ruled that she was to receive $7 million. Despite the ruling, Game stood firm on his claim that she would get nothing.

“Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin sh*t!” he wrote on Instagram in 2016. “Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her. She got kicked off the show & as a result she filed this lame lawsuit which was probably her intentions before the show was ever even started.” He claimed that she was romantically interested in him and responded with litigation after he denied her advances.

After the $7 million ruling, he sought a new trial, but it was denied. Rainey filed another lawsuit in 2023 after years of not being paid and won that one, too. She served Game paperwork that his home would be seized and accused him of putting the deed in Wack 100’s name to prevent it from being taken.
