Garrison Brown's Sister Ysabel Says She'll 'Love You Forever' and 'Miss You for Always' 3 Weeks After His Death

While Garrison Brown may be gone, his half sister Ysabel Brown is looking to the stars to keep his memory alive.

On Tuesday, the Sister Wives alum, 20, remembered Garrison with a few touching photos posted in his honor to her Instagram Story. One of the pictures included a throwback of little Garrison holding Ysabel as a baby. The second was a solo shot of the 25-year-old posing against a starry night sky somewhere in the desert.

"I love you forever and I'll miss you for always," she captioned the photo.

Earlier this month, Ysabel's mother Christine Brown's former sister wife, Janelle Brown, announced her son Garrison's sudden death in a statement shared to Instagram.

"Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown," her post began. "He was a bright spot in the lives of all who knew him. His loss will leave such a big hole in our lives that it takes our breath away."

"We ask that you please respect our privacy and join us in honoring his memory," the statement concluded. His father Kody, 55, also shared the same statement on social media, and many members of the Brown family followed suit.

At the time, Lieutenant Charles M. Hernandez II of the Flagstaff Police Department also confirmed the sad news, telling PEOPLE in a statement: "On 03/05/2024 Flagstaff Police officers responded to a report of a death inside a home." The FPD confirmed that Garrison's brother Gabriel, 22, "discovered Mr. Brown deceased" in an apparent suicide.

Fans were first introduced to Garrison in 2010 alongside his various siblings, his mother Janelle and his father Kody's other wives — Meri, Christine and Robyn Brown — in the TLC series documenting the polygamist family's day-to-day life.

After Janelle spiritually married Kody in 1993, the couple went on to have six children: Madison, Logan, Garrison, Gabriel, Hunter and Savanah. In December 2022, Janelle announced that she and Kody had separated.

She was the second Brown family matriarch to leave after Christine announced she had left Kody. Shortly after Janelle's announcement, Meri revealed that she and Kody had also parted ways, leaving Robyn as the Brown patriarch's sole remaining wife.
