Gregory Harrison wrapped up his memorable run as Gregory Chase when his character died in his sleep after a lengthy battle with ALS. Harrison has portrayed the character since November 2020, having taken over the role from James Read (Clyde, Days of our Lives). He made his final appearance on Monday, May 21.
Lane Davies is back as attorney Fergus Byrne, the brother of Alexis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) late beau, Neil Byrne. The Santa Barbara vet, who played Mason Capwell opposite Grahn’s Julia Wainwright on the defunct soap, continues to be featured in scenes as Alexis fights to have her law license reinstated.
Charles Mesure makes another appearance as John Brennan on Tuesday, May 28. Look for Laura Wright’s Carly to pay him a hospital visit. He also airs on Friday, May 31.
On the casting front, the soap has put out a call for Tyler. The character is a White American male in his mid-30s who’s handsome, charming, and capable of being manipulative.
