General Hospital’s Latest Newcomer Is About to Teach Lois a Lesson She Won’t Soon Forget
General Hospital viewers will be seeing a fresh face in Port Charles, as the ABC soap has cast SNL’s Sarah Sherman in a guest role. People magazine has learned exclusively that the comedian will appear on Thursday, September 5, and Friday, September 6, as a dialect theorist and “tutor to the stars.”
So, who will her character be helping out?
Ms. Finch, a spirited etiquette teacher, will arrive in Port Charles to help Lois and the fun part is, this is a dream come true for Sherman, who just so happens to be a longtime fan of the soap.
“I had the best time of my life and I couldn’t believe I got to act in a scene with Tracy Quartermaine!” Sherman told the outlet. “I was so nervous about flubbing my lines, because I was surrounded by pros who memorize like a billion pages of dialogue a day. Also I met ‘Sonny Corinthos’ [Maurice Benard] so I can die happy!”
