General Hospital Spoilers August 26: Laura Leaves on Two-Front Life-or-Death Mission
General Hospital spoilers for Monday, August 26, focus on an important mission, an emotional talk, and someone shaken to their core.
Laura to the Rescue
Laura (Genie Francis) can’t even think about her mayoral duties right now. And she’s firmly placed Heather’s (Alley Mills) case behind her. She has more important things to think about, like her daughter, who may be dying, and one of her sons, who could prevent his sister from dying.
While Lulu is still in a coma, Laura doesn’t have to feel helpless. There is something she can do. She can find Lucky (Jonathan Jackson). So, she embarks on a mission that undoubtedly will serve to find her son. Little does she know that this quest may save not only Lulu’s life but also Lucky’s life. After all, he’s currently a chained-up hostage somewhere. Laura’s got this.
To Help and To Hear
Anna (Finola Hughes) is on her own mission, although she needs to stay in Port Charles to accomplish it. Anna enlists Robert’s (Tristan Rogers) help to track down Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). On top of that, they need to locate him without Brennan (Charles Mesure) finding out. Is that even possible? The man always seems to be five steps ahead.
Meanwhile, Brennan has a meeting of the minds with Jason (Steve Burton). When Brennan thinks they need to talk about something, we can come up with at least three reasons. First, Carly (Laura Wright). Brennan is into her, but who knows Carly better than Jason? Second option: Anna. Jason’s been dealing with her a lot lately (and basically just called her a hypocrite). Maybe he needs to gauge a few things that have to do with the PCPD Commissioner. And finally, Cates (Adam Harrington). This is a topic Jason also knows a lot about. Now that Brennan is sticking around PC, maybe he wants to know more about the insipid agent.
Emotional Moments
Finally, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) has an emotional talk with Chase (Josh Swickard). The newlyweds have been busy working, caring for Violet, and dealing with other people’s problems. But Chase suddenly tells Brook Lynn that she doesn’t have good news. He must tell her about Lulu’s setback. (Here’s why Nikolas should return to GH sooner than later)
Finally, it looks like this delivery of bad news might also affect Tracy (Jane Elliot). Since teasers suggest that she is shaken, look for her to have an emotional Monday. After all, Lulu is Luke’s (Anthony Geary) daughter, so Tracy will feel a type of way when she overhears Brook Lynn and Chase’s conversation.
