George Lopez Claims Bill Cosby Gave Him Pointers on Hooking Up With Female Fans

Comedian George Lopez says he once received some pretty bizarre advice from Bill Cosby.

For years, Cosby served as host of the famed Playboy Jazz Festival. But in 2013, he handpicked Lopez to take over the emcee role. During a Tuesday appearance on Sirius XM’s The Howard Stern Show, the 54-year-old funny guy revealed that shortly before hosting the fest for the first time, he received a call from Cosby who wanted to share a few words of wisdom.

“If you meet a lady, put her in the audience. Don’t bring her backstage,” Lopez recounted Cosby telling him. “I was like, ‘What the f*** does this have to do with jazz?’” Lopez claimed the conversation lasted for about 45 minutes, five of which “had to do with jazz and the next 40 about eating a**."

This exchange happened before allegations of sexual abuse had been made against Cosby, which Lopez called "one of the worst kept f***ing secrets” in show business.
