'Gilmore Girls' Star Kelly Bishop Declares This Was Rory's Best Boyfriend

It looks like Emily Gilmore has a preference for which guy her granddaughter Rory dated on Gilmore Girls, and it's someone fans may not be too surprised by.
Actress Kelly Bishop (who played Emily Gilmore)'s new memoir The Third Gilmore Girl debuts on bookshelves on September 17, where she shares details about her life and what it was like to film the hit series. When speaking with Gallery Books about which of Rory (portrayed by Alexis Bledel)'s boyfriends she preferred on the show, Kelly dropped a bombshell about which guy she liked most.
"Well, I have to admit I'm team Logan [Huntzberger] (Matt Czuchry)," she admitted in a video posted on TikTok on August 31. "There was something about Logan. There's something about his acting that I particularly liked in working with him... He had a very manly quality, where the other guys were like, boys. Logan was like an old movie star like a man."
Upon hearing Kelly's confession about liking Logan the most for Rory, fans couldn't stop raving about her choice in the comments.

"The queen has spoken!!" one person exclaimed. "I KNEW EMILY GILMORE WOULD GET IT!!!!!!!" another agreed. "I literally always agreed with Emily Gilmore ?? very demure," a different follower added.
As longtime viewers know, Rory had three boyfriends throughout her time on Gilmore Girls. She first dated Dean Forrester (Jared Padalecki), whom she met when he first came to Stars Hollow. She later broke up with him for Luke Danes' (Scott Patterson)'s nephew Jess Mariano (Milo Ventimiglia), who moved to the quaint town after a rough go in his native New York City. She eventually settled with Logan for the final seasons of the series, and the two had an on-and-off relationship. Although Rory said no to Logan's proposal, their romance was later revived in Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life in a very messy affair.
Needless to say, we need more episodes of the Netflix reboot to determine if what Kelly shared about her boyfriend preference stays the same!
