Brianne Howey Buys Brentwood Home Ahead of First Baby – See Inside!
Making room for baby! Ginny & Georgia star Brianne Howey and her husband have just bought a chic, Spanish-style home in the highly covetable Almafi Estates neighborhood of Brentwood in Los Angeles. The couple paid nearly half a million over asking price, shelling over $5.7 million for the 4,385-square-foot home, Dirt reports. And seeing the stunning photos of the home, it is easy to understand why Howey was willing to significantly go over the asking price!
Originally built in the 1940s, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home has had some contemporary upgrades, but still has its creamy stucco exterior, terra cotta roof panels, and other original flourishes of the Spanish style house. Some of the more modern amenities include an in-wall fireplace in the great room (an an ultra-modern one in the primary bedroom) and bathrooms remodeled with marble.
The estate also boasts gorgeous outdoor entertaining areas. The pergola-covered patio has wall-mounted heaters installed, making it much more comfortable to do some lounging outside on some of those nippier Southern California evenings. Of course, there is also a pool and spa, because what luxury real estate listing in Los Angeles is complete without that setup?
Howey first revealed that she was expecting her first child back in March on Instagram. “@boss show with my forever new +1,” the Netflix actress captioned a photo of herself wearing a form-fitting, brown maxi dress from Hugo Boss showing off her baby bump. While Howey didn’t say how far along she was, it feels safe to say she is going to very much be in nesting mode in her new Brentwood home for the foreseeable future.
