Good news, PipRavi fans: A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder is officially returning to Netflix for Season 2, TVLine has learned.

In the first season (which released all six of its episodes on August 1), a young teen named Pip (Wednesday’s Emma Myers) investigates a five-year-old cold case as part of a school project. “After solving the Andie Bell case Pip‘s world has been transformed by her actions, and not always for the better,” reads the official description for the second season. “Pip is determined to fix the fallout — and stay away from any more investigations. But as Max Hastings’ trial approaches, key witness Jamie Reynolds suddenly disappears and Pip finds herself in a race against time to find him. This new mystery will take Pip to unexpected places as she struggles with the idea of justice, straying even further from the ‘good girl’ she once was.”

Joining Myers in Season 2 is Zain Iqbal (All Crazy Random), who will reprise his role as Ravi Singh.

A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder is based on the bestselling mystery YA novels by Holly Jackson. The six-part Season 2 will be based on Jackson’s second novel, “Good Girl, Bad Blood.”

“I am beyond thrilled that we can continue Pip’s story and, this time, I’m writing on the show!” said Jackson in a statement. “We owe everything to the dedicated fans, and I can’t wait to reunite with my AGGGTM family!”

Added screenwriter and executive producer Poppy Cogan: “I’m delighted to be back in Little Kilton with Pip and friends for Season 2 and to have the opportunity to bring another of Holly’s gripping stories to the screen.”
