Green Acres Cast Young: See Them Before Life on the Farm

The Green Acres cast young is an opportunity to see the stars of the 1965 to 1971 Eddie Albert and Eva Gabor series that was set in the same television universe as The Beverly Hillbillies and Petticoat Junction. The show, of course, is about New York attorney Oliver Wendell Douglas (Albert) leaving the hustle and bustle of New York City behind and taking his socialite wife, Lisa (Eva Gabor), to a broken down farm in Hooterville to get back to nature. Obviously nothing goes smoothly.

Other characters include dishonest salesman Mr. Haney (Pat Buttram), the Douglases' neighbors Fred and Doris Ziffel (Hank Patterson and Barbara Pepper), without children but "parents" of Arnold Ziffel, their pig who became a huge part of the show; and storekeeper Sam Drucker (Frank Cady), a character who would appear on the other Hooterville shows as well.

For a look at the Green Acres cast young, just keep reading.
