The Morning Show has a ton of Emmy nominations this year—but no category is more stacked than Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, where four (4) stars from the show have been honored. Ahem: Nicole Beharie, Karen Pittman, Holland Taylor, and Greta Lee—who showed up on the red carpet looking stunning in a what can only be described as a lace scarf dress. And I’m officially sold/need this look in my life (in case anyone wants to buy me a present).

Also in the Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series category (other than literally everyone from The Morning Show)? That’d be Christine Baranski for The Gilded Age, Elizabeth Debicki for The Crown, and Lesley Manville also for The Crown.

Greta plays Stella Bak on the show and told Variety back in May that getting back into character every season can be a challenge. “We constantly joke at the start of each season that we have to relearn how to talk that fast,” she said. "I wish people could see how hysterical it is. It is like a bunch of elephants getting dropped onto a treadmill. It is such an athletic job, and it is immediately humbling because it is so challenging for every single person.”

She added of Stella, “I think sometimes, women in power are apologizing for their stature. All the navigating and the dance that has to be done, but Stella doesn’t give a shit. Me, as myself, I am having to play that against people I have long admired and would happily just follow around like a puppy dog. That is inherently part of the daily challenge of Stella, to kind of be an asshole to people I really respect.”
