'Grey's Anatomy's Eric Dane Makes Rare Appearance With 2 Daughters

Eric Dane made a rare public appearance this week with his two daughters when he stepped onto the blue carpet to pose for photos at a movie premiere in Los Angeles.

The Grey’s Anatomy alum attended the premiere of Bad Boys: Ride or Die at the TCL Chinese Theatre on Thursday., May 30. Dane was cast as a villain in the new movie, which is the fourth in the Bad Boys film franchise. The film, which stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, is scheduled for release in theaters on June 7.

About a week before the movie’s release, Dane stopped to pose for photographers while standing between his two young daughters, Billie, 14, and Georgia, 12, at the Hollywood premiere. Dane wore a navy undershirt underneath a black button-down shirt and black pants.

His daughters, whom the Euphoria actor shares with his estranged wife, Rebecca Gayheart, also wore black to the premiere, with Billie donning a strapless dress with a wide skirt and Georgia wearing a V-neck dress with thin straps and button detailing down the front. Billie paired her dress with matching black heels and a black handbag, while Georgia wore black heeled sandals and carried a black handbag that was a bit smaller than her sister’s.

Dane and Gayheart welcomed their first daughter into the world in 2010. Less than two years later, they became parents again with Georgia’s arrival in late 2011.

Years ago, Dane was a fan favorite while acting as part of the main cast on Grey’s Anatomy, in which he played Dr. Mark Sloan for several of the ABC medical drama’s early seasons. Dane, known by Grey’s fans as “McSteamy,” also appeared in Charmed during the early 2000s and more recently appeared in Euphoria, in which he played Cal Jacobs, the father of Jacob Elordi’s character.
