Gruesome injury can't sideline Demarcus Ware on 'Dancing With the Stars'
“Trio Night” on Dancing With the Stars didn’t start off well for contestant Demarcus Ware. The former NFL great suffered a nasty dislocated finger while greeting fellow former NFL player Rashad Jennings.
Jumping to give Ware a chest bump, Jennings accidentally kicked him in the right index finger and snapped it out of place. Ware seemed to handle the injury pretty calmly, but people watching were horrified.

Listen #DWTS… never show me a broken finger again. (Dislocated, whatever.) Also never show me one being popped back into place, especially with sound. pic.twitter.com/x97G25aFKL

Ware, Jennings, and Ware’s dancing partner, Lindsay Arnold, went to an emergency room, where a doctor reset the finger. Arnold said, “We just popped [the] finger back into place. I just cried in a corner, and Demarcus took it like a champ.”
The trio went on to deliver a powerful performance in the Paso Doble.
